We stopped out to see the flooring crew laying the flooring and well.......... NOTHING! NOT ONE PERSON OUT THERE PUTTING FLOORING DOWN. ITS FRIDAY WHAT WAS I THINKING!
We sometimes can see the light at the end of the tunnel and then sometimes the light seems to be on a dimmer.
Apparently the flooring crew didn't pick up the job and now they are scrambling to start tomorrow....Saturday. They tell me that they will do all they can to get the job done by Tuesday. Not sure I'm going to hold my breath on that one.
What a pain in the butt. We are experiencing the same frustrations as you are, but mostly with the electrician. I wouldn't mind delays if Wayne Homes wasn't so adamant about the speed at which they finish homes. Like you, we are SO CLOSE, but it still feels so far away.
